Despite what you say, evictions are not forever. Yes they do hinder tenants from obtaining a lease a lot easier than most but it doesn't make it impossible. There are alternatives they can use; albeit frustrating but still possible. And since legally the evictions can only be reported for 7 years, that makes your statement even less valid because even if a person has to wait they can still find a home especially if they explain their circumstances and prove their reliability. In short, you're the kind of landlord that doesn't seem to understand that life happens even when you think you're prepared for it.
