Re: Lying during the prequalification interview - Landlord Forum thread 333991

Re: Lying during the prequalification interview by MrDan (Georgia) on April 22, 2015 @16:16

We always ask if the applicant has ever been charged as in Florida, a person can be found guilty of an offense and the court withholds adjudication.

Asking about any minors being charged has resulted in uncovering a 11 year old pyromaniac and a 16 year old sexual predator over the years. Since juvenile records are sealed from the public, asking if anyone has ever been 'charged' is one way to uncover such things.
