Can anyone recommend any good phones for landlords?
I am looking for one that can have the following :

When a person calls in they can press 1 for Listing A ( and the outgoing message will provide a brief description )or press 2 for Listing B ( and the outgoing message will provide a brief description ).

They used to make answering machines with this ability.

They still make amchines for this. Just google answering machine

Google "voice mail software" and take your pick.
