Call them up and be nice - Landlord Forum thread 334065

Call them up and be nice by CCRider (CA) on April 24, 2015 @00:04

I'd just call them up and tell them you're so happy they're enforcing the speed limit on your street - yay! But, you would like to know if it would be possible for them to put it somewhere else, as your units need the street parking, or how long it will be there. Play nice. You may need these guys on your side at another time.

Option B: just move it next door in the middle of the night :-)

not really, i'm sure the local police or municipality would say ...oh sorry, didn't realize you wanted to use public parking just for your own personal business use. besides moving the speed sign would most likely be a felony charge against the landlord. just like a rain storm, just wait it out.
