I agree with Becky. Keep your letter totally businesslike. State facts only, no opinions. State date to be out, and make a list of items for her to clean before she leaves. If she presses you for a reason for you needing her to move, simply tell her you are going to remodel the place, and you can't do it with someone living there. Do not under any circumstances bring up anything about her injuries.
