So this all boils down to a tenant who takes up too much of your time, as that is all you complain about. As was posted, have all request be put in writing by the tenant. One thing that's disturbing is that you said " that everything she has asked to make changes to she hasn't made one single change", why are you permitting all these changes to start with? What would you put in a letter that, that the tenant is crazy, mentally off, injured, annoying, time wasting, wishy-washy, etc. Such a letter would come back to bite you in the arse big time, don't be foolish>
