Number of reviews/ratings for existing landlord apps for iPhone/iPad seems to confirm the "no market" or at least no big market theory.

After trying out almost all of existing apps that seemed not abandoned long time ago (Arthur, Landlord, Smallandlord, DYILandlord, Pendo Rent, PropertyBuddy, Housters, RENTi Tenant, TenantCloud, Property Log book, rentingsmart) I found that none meet my goals (much more limited in requirements that you are talking about).

I just wanted app to send rent invoices/payment receipts and track payments and expenses in a flexible enough way with a option of quick financial reports. As in my previous career I was software engineer, I made app, mostly for my own needs, will see how the market responds. In case yu are interested, there is app website
