Your tenant is operating an illegal business at your rental property that can lead to great liability. The tenant most likely lacks resources for someone getting hurt or injured, which means some lawyer will eye the landlord as being the one with assets.

Issue your State 'Cure or Quit' Notice and follow up with an inspection for compliance. Be prepared for excess damage from the folks that the tenant invites over. News reports that I've seen has never ended good for the landlord.
