yep ... life is tough. A decision to have four children you can't afford is now society's burden? And 10 years on the government dole? Yep, life is tough but 10 years should be more than enough time to get her act together.

What I don't understand about the government housing (here, we call them "the projects" - I'm guessing originally they were called that back in the 60s) is that m any people live there FOREVER. Why don't these type programs have a time limit? 10 years, per this CL poster, is plenty of time.... not to mention, where are those babies daddy's and their check books?
