Well, you know how much of each supply you use...pro-rate the cost of those items.

I used to bill my time at the rate a cleaning agency would charge..$20 per hour. Now, I just use an agency and include a copy of the bill.

So..make out a complete itemized sheet....such as:

Bathroom....cleaning 1/2 hour. $10
Bathroom ...cleaning supplies. $5 scrubb bubbles, $3 tile cleaner.
Kitchen ... Cleaning 1 hour. $20

... Etc.
