$15 per day seems like a decent amount to charge. But check Ohio's LL/T laws. Many states have amounts or percentages already built into the laws. Iowa's is $12/day to a max of $60 on rents of $700 or below, and $20/day to a max of $100 on all rents above $700. I personally give my Ts 2 days grace period before starting to charge the late fees.
