I had 3 evictions on my credit that were all removed in one fell swoop in less than 7 years. How? I went to the Clerk of Court in the county the evictions were filed. She then provided me with a form to give to the former property management office that they were to fill out and notarize. They then sent the form back to the Clerk of Court who files the petition and it showed as satisfied. I was given a copy of the satisfied form.
It is then your responsibility to fax this form to each credit bureau so that it will be removed from your credit file
Don't be discouraged by what you see on here. You can get anything removed from your credit and the only thing this cost was 30 days. Because it takes 30-45 days for the credit bureaus to adjust your credit file. Hang in there and don'the pay for someone to clean your credit, you can do the same thing if you have patience and a positive attitude.
