Charge late fee according to your state where rental property is located .
Handle in person pay or quit letter to the tenant.
Fill out LPA form pay or quit and send to tenant with return receipt.

If she still does not reply, see a landlord tenant attorney and have him to contact tenant.
Do not let the tenant take advantage of you.
