Thank you, Katiekate, this was the point. So I will add all the damages, rent unpaid and others, when I'll go to court. I get the date yesterday, finally: it'll be 10/29.
Actually, it'll be so complicated that I am hiring an attorney, and I'll be represented.

I made a mistake, I waited too much before sending the pay or quit notice. Ten years LL and still learning.
