She says she's being harassed. I won't let her out the lease so she's making up all kinds of thing that I wouldn't want to repair and yes it was inspected in October. There was no mention of the carpey then. What is some advice to save my behind. Of course I'm not going to let her repaint I'm getting and estimate soon just to see how much it's going to cost.
