in PA you can't get a restraining order just because you don't want someone near your property ... and if someone filed one with the reasons in this situation, the filer would be sanctioned by the court. when frivolous requests are made, it takes away the seriousness and the resources for those truly in need. I'd actually guess the intake officer wouldn't even file in this situation.
