i paid landlord in cash after master tenant died,landlord came to my apartment and i offered him cash hoping he would accept it then this would be a agreement contract making me a month to month tenent,,but,the landlord in next weeks asked me to vacate because he got another tent with HUD he rented to,,i complained to HUD about tenent using drugs,,,HUD cancelled lease,,landlord then locked me out of apartment and away from my property,,police did nothing,,so,,does landlord accepting my cash rent when i was subtenent and master tenent dies,,make me a tenent with rights as a tenent and landlord should have given me 30 or 60 day eviction in writing??landlord accepted cash rent,,then rented to another tenent,,is this breach of contract also,,??what other illegal acts and crimes did he commit in doing this lockout and accepting cash rent and then asking me to move,,retaliated against me for complaint to HUD gov agency,,?lock out and kept me away from my property and use of,,,?neglegence in causing me to become homeless as i was driven from my place of residence?i lived in room as subtenent for 5 years when this happened,,master tenent i paid rent to had died,,landlord then accepted rent from me,,then lock out,,,,,what to do,,,2-22-2016.
