You threaten her and throw all her stuff out. Then change the locks. She will go away eventually.
Or give her a notice to leave the premises, and follow it up with an eviction notice. But she is probably not even paying any rent, correct?

She is helping with part of the bills, but there was no contract signed or anything. We thought it would be a short stay and $300 barely covers the 'extras' that we have been paying since her being here. We were ok with that part at first..but when she started getting nasty it pretty much all went down hill.
