Have you ever heard the old saying, " never mix business with pleasure" ? That's what you are doing here. DON'T DO IT. It will backfire on you. Either treat her as a total tenant, with her paying rent from day 1, and staying in her own room------or treat her as if you are married to her---she pays no rent, and sleeps with you. Both your incomes (no matter how much each one is) go into 1 pot, and all expenses are paid out of it. Do not try to do things halfway between those 2 scenarios.
