I don't agree. Waste your time working with them until you get to the point where they refuse to provide the information you request such as social security number, drivers license, etc, or they re-write your lease for you. You will have wasted your time. This is from personal experience working with such people. If I had such a prospect again I would treat them as any applicant, but ask them if they will have a problem filling out the application completely, or signing my lease as is. They are not above other tenants here just because they practice law.
