I had one tenant remove the wall phone out my rental house. They replaced it with a red phone. I met them at the driveway....Asked for the phone back. They had the red phone sitting right next to him in the car.

Another tenant...her mother was a antique freak. This home had a claw foot bathtub in it. When the tenant moved out. They took the claw foot bathtub too!
