Took my tenant to court and I won the judgement. Tenant took off and bought a house in Georgia in CASH. I tracked her down and filed a foreign judgement and a FIFA after she did not respond. I just found out she sold the house in Ga. and has moved to North Carolina. Do I have to file another transfer to N.C.? When dealing with these clerks in the civil division they don't want to hear from you unless you are a lawyer, I have been doing this all on my own. Any advice would be great !!

How are you locating the tenant after these moves?
