You may end up going through this whole thing all over again.

How long is your lease?

Did you talk to her last landlord...and the one before that? Often you only get the truth from the landlord two back because the current one only wants to get rid of the problem tenant.

I bet she has pulled something like this before. This sort of behavior is systemic

Last two landlords said she was quiet and clean, paid her rent. No problems with other tenants.No problems with current neighbors.
She has a m2m.
The only little red flag was that she referred to herself as a female. That's usually a sign that you've been the the military or in custody.

It's the barrage of texts that are crazycakes and yes, I'm sure she's a repeat offender.
I'll let the lawyers duke it out.
