One of my T advised us that in one of the unit (1 bed Room, 500 sq), 4 people are living since while and original tenant is not seen since a while.
I tried to call and text my T, I have no response. I am planning to place notice on the door today asking her to contact us immediately. What else I can do?

Sounds like it's a perfect time to do an inspection to check smoke/carbon alarm batteries. That's a legit reason for you to be able to take a look around the unit. Be sure and post the proper inspection notice first.
