I agree. I allow up to two cats and/or dogs, and that depends greatly on the dog breed, I don't allow just anything.

If the "pets" were small things in a cage, like hamsters, I might allow more, but three dogs is too much for a rental.

The reality it is that he brought one dog in the lease agreement, When the handyman went there for repair found two dogs, I asked him and he said: "I am babysitting for a friend who is in a trip" Of course I do not believe him , but that how started, It is so much control you can do ! I do not live cross the road, and after When he renew I asked him to write the pet form with all the info and as I saw a third dog and asked and he said the same story , "Iam just babysitting" There are small dogs though and the same I do not accept any breed. But now I found out he has birds inside the house too!

Put something in your future leases about "no visiting pets allowed" and "no foster pets" in your pet agreement or pet clause.

Yes, I think is a great idea, that way they can not come with the excuse ! I tell you this guy is a charming talker! He talks nice so that way he tries to get around and change his versions several times
