after a 4 years renting my house I'm starting to charge for pet, not a deposit but a monthy fee of $80.00. It may sounds high but in the last 3 years I being paying so much on AC repairs because they don't change the filter on time and the accumulation of pet hair and dust is crazy, and I had to replace the AC unit to a brand new one because it stop working. Now do you thing is far?
