If you want that full report....you must go through the process.
This is required by the Fair Credit and Reporting Act of Congress.

You must submit proof that you are untitled to see these reports....leases, property tax bills, etc. then you must have your offices inspected and verified that you have the means and the knowledge to keep those report safe.

Your realtor cannot let you have those report...they are absolutely required to follow the procedure as documented when they got authoriapzation to get those reports...and that did NOT include letting those reports (or a copy of them) out of their office.

Since I will not deal with a summary...I went through the whole process to get authorized to have the full report given directly to me....but .. by law...I cannot even give it to the person whose credit report it is! I will do nothing that would cause me to lose this privilege as it is a pain in the butt to get it. Your realtor is probably even more touchy about it.
