Your tenant hasnt been in his apartment for THREE MONTHS? Did he tell you that a friend or relative will be keeping an eye on things while he's in the nursing home?

There could be dead pets, spoiled food, or a plumbling emergency in there. A foul odor counts as an emergency and you have the right to enter. Check it out immediately.

That's good advice!!! You could not pay me enough to become a landlord. I'm very curious to know what she found in that apartment upon entry....?
