Why would two people down vote a actual state law requirements for the landlord to follow? Are they foolish? Are they just ignorant? Are they just that uninformed and non caring that actual state law may be beneficial to New Jersey landlords who are not aware of such requirements.

Failure to register prevents a landlord from evicting. Why would someone down vote pertinent information? That's just stupid!
