On LPA site the list of most states laws for landlords and tenants are located on the right side of the page. I was looking for laws for NYS and could not find any thing but New York City Rules, and tenant evittion procedures and rules for service animal. I could not find any New York State laws. Are they listed some where? Thanks

Eviction rules are the same state wide. But, the NYC rules are in addition...mostly concerned with rent control and the manner in which you can raise rent...or regain your apartment back from rent control. As for service animals...that you will find in the Federal rules from HUD
