Google "Post Judgement Interest NJ" or go to the judiciary website of NJ and look for it there since I cannot post a link here. If you can tell me where you got your 12% from I would really like to know.

On the web but it is under interest on judgements, not under post judgements. The 12% is what Georgia allows... this tenant hops from state to state. Original judgement in NJ..

Your judgment is in NJ. Why would you choose an interest on another state he is living now? Do you really think that would stand because it does not make sense however you may want to spin it. Do it the correct and legal way.
