Every rental application or lease agreement I've filled out or seen, or heard of states just exactly THAT- 14 days out of an entire calendar year, was always the limit for a guest. This is without having to be added to the lease. And how many rental app's have I filled out in the last 3 years? A lot, just ask G, and not a one allowed any guest over 14 days in a calendar year.
