If other tenants have items in the basement and didn't let you know that they had mold this is strange. Since she didn't present the clothes to you prior to being cleaned how do you know they needed to be dry cleaned? would just air out the clothes solved the problem. Was it mold or just a "musty" smell.
As one person suggested you may want to offer 1/2 to get her off your back - have her sign something to 'end' it.
