Check out the third case. It starts at 28:14. Tenant is suing her landlord for $5000. That includes the deposit money, storage fees, lost wages, rent (she paid to someone else), childcare, dog sitting, U-Hauls plus pain and suffering. You'll love (said with sarcasm) her train of thought and reason.
