I agree with anon. Contractually, you must keep the rent paid on time til the end of the lease. Also, if the utils are in your name now, you must still keep them on and in your name til the end of the lease. And if you are to mow the lawn, you must keep doing that, too. You can keep the keys till the end of the lease, also. But, physically, you can move out any time. By moving out early, that will give you PLENTY of time to clean the place up, and repair any damages you caused, to be able to get your full deposit back. As soon as you have done that, take pics of every room, and every cupboard, closet, the insides of the stove and refrig, etc. Once you have moved out, you should go back 1-2 times a week to be sure everything is OK at the property. Then meet your LL at the place on the last day of your lease (if possible) to do a final walk through, and give the keys back.
