How to word something to tenants - Landlord Forum thread 353271

How to word something to tenants by newtothescene on July 16, 2017 @18:53

I'm a new landlord; want to send intro letter/email to existing tenants in my condo. even though things are getting off to a bit of a rough start due todealing with an HOA reconstruction issue with them. I know I have to honor their lease.... I want to say hello, give them the new payment remit address... but I read a post somewhere but cant remember where, where someone posed to their tenants that they inherited about setting up auto pay if they were interested. What would be a good way of wording that to them? Just as basic as I did above? And should I include any other form? Copy of assignment of lease? Advice suggestions would be great thank you.

I ought a house with tenants in. I met him first time I went to see the house, give my card. I honor the contract but I did a new one with my name, in the new contract i add the new method of payment. I changed the repairs to a Home Warranty company so I add that in the contract to. no big deal. I think s=you might have to add the form here that it is Lease addendum,I think it is a few forms here , but may be somebody else with more knowledge can tell you!
