That's why you should not hire people from places like Craigslist or Facebook, or big box stores. A license and insured business, would not do this. A legit company would be risking their business license.
Hire cheap and you get what you paid for. The day's of hiring a neighbor or so called friend down the street are over in todays legality mind set. The good old day's have past.
