Have you informed you LL, in writing, that you will be out by Oct. 31 ? Did you tell him also, to use the last month's rent that he has, for Oct. rent? This is something you must do, or he could try to evict you for not paying Oct. rent.

What are you talking about? The OP clearly stated that "Landlord wants me to move 4 days early"! That would imply that the landlord knows the lease or rental agreement was ending. Don't you read before you go off half cocked with your vacuous remarks? You have no knowledge of Colorado landlord tenant laws, so why are you answering?

Most every state in the nation either requires, or at least suggests, that certain notices be in writing, by either LL or T. It does not matter what a LL or T "knows". Taking pics or videos, or putting things in writing, text, or email form, is 1,000% better than relying on a he said/she said situation, or what someone "knows".

Always trying to correct your mistakes! You did not read the OP post before replying. Now your trying to pretend you meant something else. Spin it how ever you wish, you just didn't read the post and therefore another ignorant reply.

I have to agree that you often fail to comprehend what is posted and go off on some far fetched tangent. Explain how the landlord would require the tenant to be out early and has scheduled painting and carpet replacement without knowing the date the tenant is vacating the rental property? No one mentioned rent not being paid or notice not given! Yet, somehow you conclude that is what the tenant has failed to do and face eviction? Maybe reading and comprehension is not your fortitude. Maybe you should reread the post several times so you understand completely what the problem is. Maybe you should avoid given answers to subjects you are not qualified to answer. With your wild scenarios, you come across foolish and uneducated.
