Anonymous as usual attacking the OP. rather than offering an opinion.

I had a similar issue with T dealing drugs out of my rental house. I called the cops, and they said they would look into it. Nothing was ever done by the cops.
I ended up getting the T out at the end of the lease by not renewing the lease. Ended up keeping all the deposit for damage.

My situation different - but I would suggest not renewing the lease as stated by Sue.
In my case - I was Long Distance Landlord with realtor overseeing property (Ha - just took their fee & ignored) Neighbors didn'tinformed me about cars stopping there all hours of the night. Pretty soon I rec'd in the mail a copy of police blotter from newspaper with our rental address.
Person ended up in jail. Luckily when polic searched the house no damage was done. Had we suspected a problem we would have got rid of the tenant.
