Window coverings in PA - Landlord Forum thread 355239

Window coverings in PA by Anonymous (PA) on November 30, 2017 @20:05

Does the LL have to provide window coverings in PA? I always provide basic white curtains and almost all Ts take them down. I don't buy mini blinds anymore because the tenants break them really fast and my windows require a custom size which are much more expensive. I'm getting to the point where I don't want to give them anything. let them pick their own and take it with them when they leave. What do I NEED to do? Thanks

not required. I also won't use mini blinds but if the ones there are decent, I don't take them down. Brackets are there - tenants are free to buy their own.

I do use a basic curtain rod ($1.00 from Family Dollar) on every window. Minimum of kitchen and bath I supply curtains ...I buy at yard sales, outlet stores, etc. I sometimes have for other rooms. Don't care if tenants keep them or take them.
