Not everyone has low income housing as you. The landlord has just purchased the property and realized that the previous owner has failed to keep it up. You seem to always blame the tenant s, but there are just some landlords who do little to keep their property up. It's good to hear that a new owner takes pride in their investment and tenants. Not like some who put off what needs to be achieved.
