My tenant is in jail - no rent has been paid. He has a lot of things in his apartment. I am 74 and can not move his stuff to a storage place. What can I do with his things? How long do I need to give him, before I can clean the apartment out, since he is in jail. I have no idea how long he will need to be there. SF

I did not put in the State - except up above - I have property in CT. this is the very first time this has happened. (Having a tenant in jail)
