Thanks for taking the time to answer. What you wrote is kind of how I am feeling about it. I am in a position that I can help out a little bit more. She has been out of state for 2 years left to go to college met a boy, you know that kind of story. I just can't wait for her to move home. It'll be the both of them. She's been paying rent since moving with minimal issue just a few hiccups along the way. She's a good kid and I'm hoping she continues to stay on that path :-)
