currently, I'm attempting to evict a person living in my home. I allowed a buddy to move into my home while I make repairs. we had an oral agreement. while I fix up my place you can live here and only pay utitlies.Once, completely, fixed up he would pay full rent. Months, later, he still hasn't paid all utities. Also they have no shown proof of income. After, officialy, telling buddy to leave they are complaing about issue in house. they said its a hazard and won't leave

Follow state rule to notify this T to vacate and follow up with eviction. You basically have a squatter. With friends like that. I would hate to meet your enemies.
