Yes, there a lot of free websites where you can develop your own website for your rentals. It is easy to include a pull-able rental app as well as have your rental criteria, detailed floor plans, showing procedures, pictures, etc. Mine also has a pre-screening form that they fill out and email to me so I do all my screening by email. Works for me. I only accept qualified prospective tenants with a 675 FICO score or better.

May I please see your web site to get some ideas? I use Zillow wich is also connected with Trulia and Hodpads. Additionally, I use Cozy.co which also advertises on Doorsteps. Those sites have some screening questions and application. But I cannot customize them. Having my own website sounds like a good idea. So, I use those sites mostly to advertise my rentals only.

    Dear Anon,

I link my website to Realtor.Com, Cozy, Doorsteps, and AHRN. Since I have no vacancies my website is not active right now. But the web development site is Yola.com

I can't tell you how efficient and beneficial it is to have your own website. Instead of having to constantly send information or answer questions, I just refer them to my website. Of course they always ask "how much is the rent" which indicates they are wasting my time and I don't reply.
I also use Google Voice to give them a phone number to call to leave a voicemail. Good luck!
