IMO if a T of mine is so stupid to invite people over to their rented house or apartment. And carry on as you have described. Then I would be ending their housing at my property ASAP. No excuse would stop me from sending this T packing. Let her go live with her new friends for a while.

I agree with you. But KC must do it LEGALLY, and with enough PROOF, that there will be no need to go back to court a 2nd time.

I'm wanting her out asap but if I do it the wrong way I'll just have to start over again the right way. She hasn't been accused of anything directly by police. Just her guests/friends. Some of the party people came back and got arrested this morning. Police won't tell me more information due to privacy, but they threatened to do a drug raid if whatever is going on keeps up.
