Depends on your area. I have it in one house. But that is a nicer area. And the plumbing is set up to where the sink would not be a stoppage issue as it drops into a 4" line.
The disposal smells if not used regularly, Freeze up. Most people do not run the water long enough to wash the food waste down the normally 2 " drain. More stoppages.
One more thing to have break down, or leak.
