Disposal is worth 25 per month if market will warrant. My leases say tenant is responsible for all plumbing stoppages. Three quarter horse insinkerator is best. Same profile as one third and one half and more idiot proof. Twenty or thirty dollars more. Lasts twice to three times as long. Plumbers call this the discontent spousal disposal unit.
