NO. Everything you are talking about, are CIVIL matters, not criminal matters. The police will not help you.It all must be handled thru your county court system. Get ahold of your state's Landlord/Tenant laws, and the eviction process laws, or else a lawyer that knows those laws, to help you.

Basically, if they do not move, you have a "holdover" tenant, and must give another notice to them on April 1, and probably start eviction procedures then. You must take back possession LEGALLY, if they do not move voluntarily. Do not give them any more money until they are TOTALLY out, including every single possession they have, AND they have given you the keys back.
