In upper end / $ 3000 to $4000 detached sfr rentals,... are we as landlords trending towards renting with or without washer / dryer and refrigerators.

Most kitchens now have built in cooktops, ovens and dishwashers,..but opinions seem to vary about w/d and fridge.

By looking at ads and perhaps talking w/other LLs in your area, can you get a feel for what your competition is supplying/not supplying in equivalent SFRs? You need to try to figure out the competition and what clientele you are drawing. Personally, I have lower end duplexes that seem to draw college students or young couples starting out. They do not have their own appliances. However, when I was on active military duty (married w/kid) I brought many of my own appliances.
